One of our strengths is our in-house building, survey and maintenance team. Maintenance is a feature of letting a property that is often neglected. We are affiliated to BPC (www.bisley-property.co.uk) which is a well-established local building services and development company. Consequently, we are able to solve maintenance problems professionally, quickly and at a reasonable price.
Communication
In many cases landlords let out their homes when they go to work abroad. Moving a family abroad is stressful in itself.
We, at BHL, like to pride ourselves on being available for ease of communication with the landlord. We will always ensure that a senior member of staff will be available to deal with your queries or concerns promptly. We will not have "someone call back when they are available."
